Start with the self-help options below. If they do not resolve your issue, send a message through the Contact page and the association will follow up.

Member accounts

• Signing in: use the member login page with your registered email address and password.
• Password help: use forgot password to request reset instructions.
• Pending registrations: new accounts remain pending until reviewed and cannot access the member area before approval.
• Profile updates: approved members can update contact, career, education, and biography details after signing in.

Directory visibility

The members-only Directory lists only approved members who have opted in. Visibility is off by default and can be changed from your profile. The directory never displays email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or uploaded documents.

Public content

Events, stories, and notices are published on the Events, Blogs, and Announcements pages. Answers to common questions are also available on the FAQs page.

Contacting CEAA

For general questions, use the Contact page. The footer of every public page lists the association’s address at 141 & 142, Love Road, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208, along with the listed phone number and email address. When asking for account help, include your full name, batch number, and the email address used for registration, without sending passwords or sensitive identity documents by email unless requested.

What to include in a support request

• A short description of the issue and the page where it occurred.
• The steps you tried and any message shown on screen.
• Your browser or device type, if the issue relates to viewing the site.
